Return Policy:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
• Custom Orders: Due to the personalised nature of custom gift baskets, returns of custom orders will only be accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at narelle@lunalanterns.com.auwith your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how and where to bring your return.
• Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with order details and a photo of the issue. We are committed to replacing damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost to you.

Delivery and Pickup:

• Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.
• Pickup Orders: For orders picked up locally, returns must be brought back to the pickup location. Please contact us in advance to arrange a return time.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at narelle@lunalanterns.com.au and deliver your item back to the address provided.
